Adaptor included. Adapter attaches to OEM shift shaft with set screws provided and the adapter is a M16x1.5 male thread.

I had mine paint matched to the exterior (Sarge Green). Looks great! Installation took about 30 min. Most of that was trying to get the OEM shifter knob apart. Overall it seems to be a well made product and it looks great.
